- 2 tsp coriander
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Skewers (soaked in water)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and mold onto soaked skewers into sausage shapes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
- Grill kebabs for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving with fresh herbs and yogurt sauce.
