- 3 ripe bananas

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Stir in sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
