- 2 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until combined.
- Cut cold butter into the dry mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add heavy whipping cream while stirring until just combined; do not overmix.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and pat it into a rectangle about 1 inch thick. Cut into squares or rounds.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Once cooled slightly, slice each biscuit in half horizontally and layer with fresh berries and whipped cream.
