Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and ensure the grates are clean.
- Shape the ground halal beef into four thick patties, creating a small indentation in the center of each.
- Season both sides of the patties generously with salt and pepper.
- Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until juices begin to bubble up.
- If using cheese, place it on top during the last minute of cooking and close the grill lid to melt.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
