Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by gathering all items on a clean surface.
- In a large bowl, mix ground halal beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into four equal patties, about ¾ inch thick, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
- Preheat the grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes.
- Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach desired doneness; add cheese during the last minute if desired.
