Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels; season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, and thyme until well combined.
- Press each chicken piece into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest briefly before serving alongside your favorite veggies or salad.
