Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté sliced zucchini and chopped onion in olive oil for about 5-7 minutes until soft.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until frothy.
- Stir in shredded cheese and herbs into the egg mixture.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
