- ½ cup plain breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, white cheddar cheese, garlic powder, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Add a splash of olive oil to the skillet and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Serve on toasted buns with your desired toppings.
