Instructions
- Rinse the white beans under cold water until clean.
- Dice the cherry tomatoes and finely chop the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the white beans, tomatoes, and red onion; toss gently.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Toss in the fresh herbs just before serving for an aromatic finish.
