Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- 2. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and eggs; mix until smooth.
- 3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- 4. Roll out the dough to half an inch thick; cut into strips and twist into spirals.
- 5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- 6. Prepare a topping of melted butter mixed with cinnamon-sugar; dip each donut after baking.
