Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and mix in milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined; lumps are okay.
- Lightly grease the preheated waffle iron and pour in enough batter to cover each section (about 3/4 cup).
- Cook according to your waffle iron’s instructions (about 5 minutes) or until steam stops escaping.
