- 2 slices ciabatta bread
- 4 oz sliced turkey breast
- 2 oz provolone or Swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach or arugula
Instructions
- Preheat your panini press or skillet to medium heat.
- Slice the ciabatta bread lengthwise.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice. Layer turkey, cheese, and greens on the unbuttered side.
- Grill the sandwich until golden brown and cheese has melted, about 3-5 minutes.
- Slice diagonally and serve immediately.
