- 2 cans (5 oz each) canned tuna, drained
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties about the size of your palm.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Cook patties for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Transfer cooked patties to paper towels to absorb excess oil before serving.
