Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until caramelized and fully cooked.
- Serve hot over rice or with steamed vegetables.
