- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder. Gradually add eggs and milk until smooth. Spread batter on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- While the cake is baking, beat cream cheese with sugar until creamy, then mix in heavy cream until fluffy.
- Slice strawberries into thin pieces.
- Once the cake has cooled slightly, flip it onto a towel dusted with powdered sugar. Spread cheesecake filling over the cake and layer sliced strawberries on top.
- Roll tightly using the towel for support, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least an hour before slicing.
