- 2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and halved)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Rinse and hull the strawberries, then cut them into halves or quarters.
- In a blender, combine strawberries, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth but slightly chunky.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
- To release pops easily, run warm water over the outside of the molds.
