- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 6 oz strawberry Jello mix
- 1 cup hot water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well.
- Spread the pretzel mixture in a greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Mix sliced strawberries into the cream cheese layer. Dissolve strawberry Jello in hot water, let cool slightly, then add to the mixture.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust, then pour the dissolved Jello on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
