  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 1 cup queso cheese sauce
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet and let rest.
