- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and cut the sirloin into bite-sized cubes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Sear steak cubes in batches for 3-4 minutes until browned but tender.
- Reduce heat, add minced garlic and butter, and sauté until fragrant.
- Toss steak bites in the garlic butter and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
