- 1 lb sirloin steak (or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Sear the steak bites for about 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Reduce the heat to low and push the steak to one side of the skillet. Add the butter and minced garlic to the other side; let it melt and sizzle.
- Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter until evenly coated. Garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately while hot.
