Instructions
- Rinse 1 cup of sushi rice under cold water until clear and cook according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the diced tuna with mayonnaise and Sriracha until well combined.
- In your serving bowl, layer a scoop of warm sushi rice as the base.
- Top the rice with the spicy tuna mixture.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and nori strips.
