- 8 corn or flour tortillas
- Your favorite toppings (e.g., diced tomatoes, avocado slices, shredded cheese)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and chopped cilantro. Add chicken breasts and coat thoroughly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
- Grill marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
- Warm tortillas on the grill or in a skillet until soft.
- Assemble tacos by filling each tortilla with sliced chicken and your choice of toppings.
