Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool in an ice bath.
  2. Peel the cooled eggs under running water. Cut each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, chili paste, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mash until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into egg white halves.
  5. Top with chopped cilantro before serving.
