- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chili paste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool in an ice bath.
- Peel the cooled eggs under running water. Cut each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, chili paste, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mash until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into egg white halves.
- Top with chopped cilantro before serving.
