  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 cups BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the brisket and rinse it under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Generously season the brisket with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and brown sugar. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
