- 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 cup tomato sauce (smooth, no added sugar)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground meat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and half a cup of tomato sauce; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Combine drained spaghetti with meat mixture until evenly coated.
- Spoon the mixture into taco shells and top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
