Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 8 taco shells (soft or crunchy)
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, onions)
- 1 cup salsa
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, following package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey for about 5-7 minutes until crumbly.
- Add taco seasoning to the meat and stir well. Pour in 1/4 cup water and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the seasoned meat in a large bowl, tossing gently to coat.
- Warm taco shells as per package instructions.
- Fill each taco shell with the spaghetti-meat mixture, then top with shredded cheese and fresh vegetables.
- Serve immediately with salsa on the side.
