- 2 garlic bread loaves
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve a bit of pasta water.
- In the same pot, combine cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce over medium heat until heated through (about 5 minutes).
- Cut the tops off garlic bread loaves and scoop out some insides to create bowls.
- Fill each garlic bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture and top generously with mozzarella cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
