Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Mix flour with warm water until a rough dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth, then cover with a damp cloth.
- Create the Filling: Combine minced pork belly with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, green onions, and cooled broth. Mix well and set aside.
- Roll Out the Dough: Divide the dough into golf ball-sized pieces. Roll each piece into a thin circle (about 3 inches wide).
- Fill and Shape Dumplings: Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle. Pinch edges together to form pleats and seal tightly.
- Steam Dumplings: Arrange dumplings in a greased steamer lined with parchment paper. Steam over boiling water for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve & Enjoy: Serve hot with soy sauce mixed with vinegar and chili oil on the side.
