  • 1 cup ground pork belly
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock (or homemade)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the Dough: Mix flour and warm water in a bowl until a shaggy dough forms. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Create the Filling: In another bowl, combine ground pork, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. 3. Make Broth Gelatin: Simmer chicken stock until reduced by half, cool slightly, pour into ice cube trays, and freeze overnight.
