Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time; then add milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until no dry spots remain.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with maple syrup until smooth. Drizzle over cooled donut bars before slicing.
