Instructions

  2. Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up bits from the pan. Stir in heavy cream and smoked paprika; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, cover, and let simmer for 20 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Cook rice according to package instructions while chicken simmers. Serve with creamy chicken on top.
