Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, spaced two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around edges; let cool slightly before serving.
