Instructions
- Shuck the corn, removing all husks and silk.
- Cut each ear of corn into quarters lengthwise to create rib-like pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoky paprika, salt, and pepper; toss the corn ribs until evenly coated.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F/200°C) and grill the corn ribs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until charred.
