Instructions
- Gather the feta cheese, Kalamata olives, and fresh basil. Cut the feta into bite-sized cubes.
- Thread the feta cubes and Kalamata olives onto wooden or metal skewers, alternating each ingredient until filled.
- Drizzle the skewers lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped basil.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grill each side for about 2-3 minutes until the cheese begins to soften.
- Serve warm on a platter with toothpicks.
