- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 8 ounces spaghetti or linguine
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and if using, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden (avoid burning).
- Add the shrimp and pour in white wine; cook for about 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Stir in lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. If using pasta, add it to the skillet now; toss to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley.
