- Optional: ¼ cup bacon bits or sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with grease or liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter.
- Gently combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; fold in cheese and herbs.
- Fill muffin cups two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool briefly before serving.
