Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Shape Samosas: Divide dough into small balls, roll into discs, cut in half. Form cones, fill with potato mixture, seal edges with water.
  4. Fry: Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry samosas until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot with chutney or yogurt dip.
