Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them two inches apart. Sprinkle with extra sea salt before baking for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set but centers remain soft.
