- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil, squeeze lemon juice over them, and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Scatter chopped herbs over the salmon for added flavor.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving alongside your favorite sides.
