Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Arrange the thighs skin-side up in the baking dish with space between each.
- Roast for 35-40 minutes until the skin is crispy and juices run clear.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
