- 6 cups rice cereal
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Prepare your space by clearing the countertop and lining a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat, then stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Gradually fold in the rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and press down firmly with greased hands or another sheet of parchment.
- Cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares or fun shapes.
