- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups button mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice evenly.
- Rinse spinach and pat dry.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add spinach to the skillet and toss until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm as a side dish or light meal.
