Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and enjoy!
