Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray and arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in poppy seeds and half of the shredded cheese.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken ensuring even coverage.
- In another bowl, combine remaining cheese with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
