Instructions

- Beat in eggs one at a time and mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with pineapple juice until just mixed; gently fold in pineapple chunks.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
