- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut cream
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup whole milk (or preferred alternative)
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 2 cups of vanilla ice cream and 1/2 cup of coconut cream. Blend until smooth.
- Add 1 cup of pineapple chunks and 1/2 cup of milk. Blend again until fully combined.
- Taste the mixture; adjust sweetness with more coconut cream if desired.
- Pour into tall glasses and top with whipped cream and maraschino cherries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your tropical escape!
