- 1 lb pizza dough
- 4 oz pepperoni slices
- 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large circle about ¼ inch thick.
- Place pepperoni and mozzarella on one half of the dough; sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Fold the dough over the filling and crimp edges tightly to seal.
- Brush olive oil over the top, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serve warm with marinara sauce.
