Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a donut pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and sugar until combined.
- In another bowl, mix peanut butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold gently until just combined.
- Fill each cavity in the donut pan halfway with batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown; a toothpick should come out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before glazing or serving.
