- 6 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, toss sliced peaches with granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Layer the peach mixture in the baking dish and spread the topping evenly over it.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
