Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
- Mix in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in diced peaches.
- Drop dough onto lined baking sheets, spaced apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
